Where are you located?

Pupcakes Pet Bakery is an online shop based in the New Orleans Metro area. We offer local pickups at designated spots, delivery (for an additional fee based on your location), and shipping on most of our treats. You’ll be able to select your preferred option at checkout!

Do you make everything yourself?

Absolutely! Every treat is lovingly handcrafted by me, from baking to decorating, with lots of help from my four tiny (and very opinionated) shih tzu taste-testers: Maya, Alana, Thiago and Luca!

Do you use preservatives?

Never! All our cakes and cookies are made with premium, all-natural ingredients — no preservatives, no artificial anything. Just simple, wholesome goodness approved by pups!

How long is the wait on orders?

Wait times vary depending on the product. You can view specific timelines when selecting your shipping, delivery, or pickup options on each product page.

Will my cookies be okay being shipped by mail?

Yes, absolutely! Each cookie is fully dried and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives fresh and safe. We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

How should I serve the cake to my dog?

Just like a human cake, slice it up and serve! While your pup might want to devour the whole thing, we recommend portioning it out to keep their tummy happy.

Can humans eat your products?

They sure can! We only use real, human-grade ingredients. That said, without sugar or salt, they might not satisfy your sweet tooth — but your pup will love them!

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our treats, we do not offer refunds on cookies or cakes. We appreciate your understanding!
